I Hate Rats! They're Everywhere!

I am a warehouse supervisor. I work in a warehouse. There is lots of food being stored in the warehouse. I have a rat problem in the warehouse. I was getting rodents control to help with the issue but not sure of which one to get that is able to solve my current problem of rats infestation.

Recently, I saw some of the food packaging cardboard chewed open and there were bite marks on the packaging like something was being chewed on. And my employee told me that they saw some rats roaming around these past few days. So I decided to investigate where the rat nests are. I have placed powder around the facility to detect where the rats are coming from.

The next day when I came to the warehouse, I found powdered tracks left by the rats leading to the corner drywall of the warehouse. I saw the drywall was chewed up by the rats and there is a hole in the wall. I took a torchlight and shone into the hole and to my horror, I saw many eyes staring at me. THERE ARE A LOT OF RATS!!! I think I was looking at around  20 to 30 or even more!!! There is a strong stench of the smell of droppings coming out of the hole.

It has been an ongoing issue for me and it's been a vexing long month for me. I was thinking about using rat poison but I am afraid that it will affect the food quality that we are storing. We have to move the food and goods away from the rat nest. And space is starting to become an issue. I am afraid that there will be another nest around the facility. These rats have caused me many problems and I hate them, I need professional help with this.

We have set up some protocols to prevent rats from entering the foods. We clear out the trash frequently, the area is being cleaned on a daily basis. But the issue now is getting rid of the rats out of the warehouse. The rat droppings are seeing more and more around the warehouse. We have been clearing it on a daily basis. What else can I do to get rid of these rats? What is the fastest way to get rid of them? Please I need professional help and assistance to settle this daunting rat issue.

What other ways can I solve this problem? I'm afraid that in the future the rat infestation might come back. What else can I do to prevent this from happening in the future? What can I do to spot rodent infestation earlier in the future? Are there any products worth investing in to prevent rats from entering the warehouse? Are there any warning signs I should take note in the future to prevent this from happening?

I want to call rodents control but I am not sure which rodents control to call that is able to get rid of this issue for me?  I am at risk of losing my job now, my boss told me if I were to not settle this issue within a month I will be fired. I need help with this issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. My wife and I are having a baby on the way, I can’t lose my job now. I am new to this rat infestation  PLEASE HELP.
